150 + 22 × (17 – x) = 392

⇒ 150 + 374 – 22x = 392

⇒ 22x = 524 – 392

⇒ 22x = 132

⇒ x = 6

∴ Price of 23 meter LED strip = 150 + (23 – 6) × 22

⇒ 150 + 374 = Rs. 524
