Remain curious about the anger. Is it present day anger or has it been around longer? Investigate the intensity of it. Anger is a core emotion, and therefore feeling it is part of being human. To take some of the charge out of it, sometimes exercising can help. Other ways to discharge some of the intensity can be journaling, screaming into a pillow, punching into a pillow, and once the rage piece is out, you may want to talk to a friend, partner, or therapist about what is making you so angry.
