Calculation:

Quantity of milk present in first pot = 4/5

Quantity of milk present in second pot = 1/4

Quantity of milk present in third pot = 7/10

Using rule of alligation,

Mixture in first pot : Mixture in second pot = (7/10 - 1/4) : (4/5 - 7/10) = 9 : 2

Quantity of mixture taken from first pot = 9/11 × 22 = 18 litres

Quantity of mixture taken from second pot = 2/11 × 22 = 4 litres

∴ Required difference = 18 - 4 = 14 litres.
