Do not say anything that can be used against you. Do not say anything that is emotional. Do not say anything that may come off as rude. Avoid anything that may come off as manipulative. Ignore the manager as much as possible. Do not talk about religion or politics. And stay away from the manager if things are more severe, depending on the situation.
