My boss gave me a warning card because I turned in some work late. I signed it, but then another employee had the same problem, but my boss didn't give him a warning card. What can I do?

Confront your boss in person or write an email. Tell them that you feel it is unfair that you got a card and the other employee didn't for the same issue. Make sure to be polite, there could have been extenuating circumstances with the other employee that you don't know about (illness, death in the family, etc).
