I have onions growing from a long past garden. They're every size. Can I use the seedheads to grow onions? It's June and they are just starting to bloom. Will they keep till next season?

When the flowers dry out on their own, you should see black seeds in them. You can use those seeds to grow more onions. This will happen once every two years. And if the last part is for the seeds, yes, they should keep for 2 years, then germination rates drastically decline.
