Is there a "good taste" age &/or weight limit to wearing leggings? I know lots of heavier girls who can carry off the look because they're younger, but I'm both older and a size XL. I'm trying to update my look this season, but I don't want to appear gauche or look as though I'm trying too hard.

There is no age limit to wearing anything you want. You can wear leggings if you want. It's like wearing jeans, it's your choice if you wear them.
