Calculation:

Original price of football = INR 1500

Person buys at discount of 50% = INR 1500 × (50/100) = INR 750

Cost for person on football = INR 750 + INR 250 = INR 1000

Person further sells it to a friend at a profit of 50% = INR 1000 × (150/100) = INR 1500

∴ Price for football paid by his friend = INR 1500
