Let the speeds of Akhil and Biju be 2v and v respectively.

⇒ Distance travelled by Akhil = 2v × 14 = 28v

⇒ Distance travelled by Biju = v × 9 = 9v

⇒ 28v + 9v = 370

∴ the speed of Akhil is 20 km / hr.
