Get everything in order so that you are ready to actually fall into bed and go to sleep. That could be things like making your bed and pulling the sheets back so they're ready, putting your pajamas on, taking a shower, washing your face, brushing your teeth, taking whatever pills or vitamins you need to take, etc. The idea is to do all of these things so that you actually get drowsy and can just get into bed and go to sleep.
