A dog bleeding internally is likely to be in shock. Keep the dog warm by wrapping him in a blanket and making sure he's insulated from the ground. Keep him still and calm, so that he doesn't try to move and make the damage worse. If he has been weak for some time, he might also be dehydrated; if he is conscious, then drip-feed him water. If he is lying on one side for long periods of time, this can lead to a form of pneumonia, so roll him onto the other side every 30 minutes.
