If I'm taking notes for a full chapter and take up more than one page, should I write a summary at the bottom of every page of notes or at the bottom of the very last page?

It depends on whether each page is a separate topic, and if it they are, then do a summary for each page. Otherwise, summarize at the beginning or end of the chapters.
