I heard that after taking Isabgol, i have to take hot water continously for some time otherwise it may cause throat swelling or chalking. Also I am taking some medicine for cardiac and insulin. Pls

Please consult your doctor if you are taking cardiac medicine and insulin before taking any medicine including herbs and Isabgol that are over the counter. Room temperature water 6-8 ounces a day is fine, I would wash it down with at least 8 ounces of water after taking it.
