I have agoraphobia, panic anxiety disorder and hypersensitivity, I'm so trying to change my karma and be positive, bur if I don't interact with people, how can I do this?

first of the all let me tell that karm ('karma' is wrong word it should be 'karm') should be performed without sticking to it. that means just do your karm without having any attachment to it. to make it more simple if you are helping a blind man to cross road then just do karm to help that blind man to cross road but after making him crossed the road does not expect any kind word like thank you or all that stuff...if he thanks you than just except it but do not react to it ..... doing your karm in this way ones a day you will be free from all your deeds...
