'arf or 'ee-yuhf. The first one is just like 'half' normally would be, just without the 'h'. The second one's a bit broader, and misses off the 'h' and changes the vowel so it sounds more like 'here' (hee-yuh) but without the 'h' and with an 'f' on the end.
