As far as I can find, in Portuguese both expressions exist. Some say one, others say the other. Whatever the case, feel free to edit the article yourself. You can add a tip at the bottom, or include a sentence somewhere in the text that points out that both options exist. I wouldn't delete "um bilhao" option and replace it with your preference, because then others may come back and claim you're wrong and it never ends. Also, feel free to improve other articles as well, if you can.
