Dab a little water on the edges of a square dumpling or wonton wrapper, then place the filling in the middle. Fold the edges over to make a triangle, and squeeze the edges to seal the dumpling. Grab the short edges of the dumpling and pull them together so that they wrap around the filling in the middle. Squeeze the corners together.
