Talk to your doctor, or try the same medicated antifungal shampoos first. If shampoos don't help, you may be prescribed stronger shampoos with antifungals or steroids, or rarely light treatments or oral medications. Medicated oils or foams may also be prescribed for scalp seborrheic dermatitis.
