Take anti-inflammatory medication and rinse with mouthwash for four to five days. If your gum is still painful and the problem persists you will need to go to a dentist to remove the gum that covers your wisdom tooth in order to make some space for the upper molar. Constant trauma to the gums can lead to infection.
