I have been taking Effexor for 6 weeks, 75 mg. I was taking Celexa 20 mg. The doctor had me stop the Celexa and start the Effexor. I didn't have any symptoms of withdrawal. I don't like the Effexor and want to start back on Celexa. The doctor isn't very nice and I won't go back. Can I switch back?

I would not switch without the consent of the doctor prescribing the medication. You may have to taper off Effexor and then restart Celexa. Do NOT do this on your own.
