Experience is generally the best teacher. There are a lot of recruitment agencies that will take on a candidate with no experience and train them. Also, a formal education will most likely take you towards the HR route. My advice would be to maybe consider a business-related qualification. Remember, agency recruitment is not a cushy HR job. It is hardcore sales and marketing with great financial rewards if you have the focus and determination often required in this field.
