If you are acutely intended to study in Germany then in the beginning i wanna thank you because of your wise decision. just what you've said that you wanna go there after completing Higher Secondary Certificate Exam ( HSC ) ... there are a few conditions are regarded by German education system
1. you have to show 14 years educational duration.
2. you have to know German language ( a few university you'll find there using English in Academic process )
but don't worry
you'll be glad to know that maximum universities in Germany are Public and they'll explicitly give you a good amount of scholarship. "DAAD" is a very famous and fantastic resource to have this service !! but you have to research on this ASAP if you're time is limited ( just like mine )!!

2. concentrate of their requirement
3. try your best to fulfill
4. if you haven't any particular achievement. then don't worry, there are a myriads number of public institute there. just find a suitable match for you
