Cost price of plot and leveling of land = Rs. (30 + 1) lakh = 31 lakh

Cost of 4 flats = Rs. 85 lakh

Cost of painting, furnishing, and advertising = 4 × 1.25 = 5 lakh

Total expenses = 31 + 85 + 5 = Rs. 121 lakhs

Selling price of all the flats = Rs. 60 lakh × 4 = Rs. 240 lakh

Total GST = 4 × 50,000 = Rs. 2 lakh

Total SP = 240 + 2 = 242 lakhs

Profit percent =  × 100 = 100%
