Let, age of Q = x

1. R is half the age of Q.

Age of R = x/ 2

2. Q is half the age of P.

Age of P = 2x

3. T is twice the age of P.

Age of T = 4x

Age of S = x/ 4

According to question;

The age of S is 4 years.

S = x/ 4

x = 16 years

So, Age of Q is 16 years.

Hence, "16" is the correct answer.
