After every 20 minutes he rests for 3 min

In 100 minutes he waits for 100/20 = 5 times (only 4)

As last 20 minute will be stoppage

∴ In 100 min he rests for 3 × 4= 12 min

∴ He actually travelled for = (100 - 12) = 88 min

∴ Distance covered by him = 72 × 88/60 = 105.6 km

∴ The man will cover 105.6 km in 100 minutes.
