Calculation∶

Let Chotu take 'a' days to complete task.

Work done by Chotu in 1 day =1/a 

According to Question,

Motu does 1/4 work in a/12 days

So, Motu does the whole work in 4a/12 = a/3 days

Work done by Motu in one day = 3/a

Also, Work done by Motu and Chotu together in one day = 1/a + 3/a = 4/a

So, Time taken to complete the whole work by Motu and Chotu together = a/4 days

Again. it is given that a/4 = 15

So, a = 15 × 4 = 60 days

∴ Chotu takes 60 days to complete the task.
