Calculation:

Cost of 1 kg rice = Rs. 120/2 = Rs. 60

Cost of 1 kg pulses = Rs. 90 × 2 = Rs. 180

Amount paid to shopkeeper = 50 + 60 + 180 + 130 = Rs. 420

∴ Rashmi paid Rs. 420 to the shopkeeper.
