Given: Work can complete by A and B in = 8 days
B alone can complete the work in = 24 days
When A left the work B complete the work with the help of C in = 9 days
Calculation: Work done by A and B in one day = 1/8
Work done by A and B in 2 days = 2/8
Then work done by B and C in one day = /9
⇒ 6/(8×9)
⇒ 1/12
Work done by B in one day = 1/24
Work done by C in one day =
⇒ 1/24
∴ Whole work done by C in is 24 days
