1) Age of Alan = 34

2) As Alan is 2 years younger than Carl then,

Age of Carl = 34 + 2 = 36

Age of Dave = 35 + 2 = 37

so, the order of their height would be 

 Dave > Carl > Bob > Alan.

So, the oldest person is Dave.
