Let the marked price of an article be Rs. x

Statement I

Equivalent discount of Preeti = 100 – 100 × (1 – 5%) × (1 – 6%) × (1 – 7%)

⇒ 100 – 100 × 95% × 94% ×93%

⇒ 17%

Statement II

Equivalent discount of Raghav

⇒ 100 – 100 × (1 – 10%) × (1 – 15%)

⇒ 23.5%

Statement III

If the Cost price and the marked price is same, so from statement I and II Raghav gives maximum discount.

∴ I, II and III are sufficient to answer the question.
