A = 5 days

Total earning = Rs. 1180

Calculation:

Total earning = (5 × 4x) + (7 × 3x) + (9 × 2x)

⇒ 1180 = 20x + 21x + 18x

⇒ 59x = 1180

⇒ x = 20

Daily wages of A = 4x = Rs.80

∴ The daily wages of A is Rs.80
