1.Updatee your Google Play Services to latest fix. 2.Go to settings, in that app manager and find Google Play Services. Clear the cache memory. 3. assume that you'll be having trustworthy internet connection. 4.Start your Android Device Manager again and try it. 5.Don't restrict your location sharing and GPS, let it collect your location data.
