আমিও ঠিক একই সমস্যায় ছিলাম। gnu gcc compiler খুঁজতে সঠিক পথ না পেলে  environment error  লেখাটি দেখায়। আশা করি নিচের পদ্ধতি অনুসরণ করলে সমাধান পাওয়া যাবে।

go to "Settings->Compiler and Debugger->Global Compiler settings->Toolchain executables", select the compiler you installed and press "Auto-detect".

সিলেকসনের সময় ফুল কোডব্লক্স ফোল্ডারটি সিলেক্ট করতে হবে।
