Dear Sir, 
With humble respect I want to draw your attention to incorrect purchasing transaction of Tk. 20,000 in my credit card. I have been using a credit card of your renowned bank for three years. My credit card No is 115-200-004836. My card limit is Tk. 5,00,000. Yesterday (03.02.2021) I went to a nearby branch to have a billing statement against my card. I was astonished to see my billing statement as there was an unusual purchase transaction in my account. It shows that a purchase worth Tk. 20,000 has taken place in 01.02.2021 which is totally incorrect. So I want a concrete solution to this problem. 

May I, therefore pray and hope for a better and immediate co-operation to this fact and oblige me thereby.
