Dear Sir,
I, on behalf of the people of Mirpur-10 under your city corporation, have the due honor to draw your kind attention to the fact that there is a damaged and dilapidated road in our locality for a long time. Many people including students have to use it every day to reach their respective places. But it becomes almost impossible to use this road during the rainy season. So, it is a trying need to reconstruct the road as immediately as possible.
In the above circumstances, I therefore, pray and hope that you would take necessary steps to construct the road and oblige us thereby.
