If you're referring to the brush-style draft stoppers, these are typically bought separately and added after the door is installed. They go on the inside edges of the doors—the instructions that come with the draft stopper will tell you how to install them. Typically they have an adhesive backing, so you just stick them in place and trim off any excess.
