You'll need to install screws to re-seat everything to the structure. The home improvement stores have breakaway screw kits for this purpose, so you don't really need to putty where the screw goes in. If the entire floor squeaks and moves under foot, then the structure has been compromised and the squeak is just a symptom of a much more involved and larger problem.
