Quail chicks are super fragile when they hatch. You can use a fish tank with a heat lamp or what they call a sweater heater, which is basically a heated plate. They need to have non-slip bedding so that they don't slip and get injured. I do recommend having a light with those heated plates; they need to see, and they need that radiant heat as well. One thing that quail chicks do that you have to be very careful of is that they can get wet. Once they get wet, they panic and start huddling and trampling each other. Make sure that they have water at all times. Feed them with ground crumbles with a cornmeal consistency, mix them up with water, and create a mash for them to eat. Also, be careful of mold and make sure to change and clean the water often.
