I cleaned the fish toys and filter and cleaned the glass but the water is cloudy. How do I clear it?

In addition to providing good filtration and occasional cleanings, you need to do partial water changes in your tank once a week (or more, depending on the size of the tank and the number of fish). Use a siphon to remove up to 25% of the water, then replace what you took out with clean, dechlorinated water of the same temperature. This will help keep your water clean. The water may appear temporarily cloudy after you change the water or use a gravel vacuum, because debris from the bottom of the tank can get stirred up in the process. If you think this might be the case, wait a while to see if the particles settle and the water becomes clear again.
