Two of my toys moved without me doing anything. The toys also had letters on them where they didn't before. Could it have been a ghost?

Yes that could have been a ghost, but try to not jump to conclusions. A family member could have done it. Make sure to ask them. Also don't rule out the family pet. If you are suspicious and are still convinced it was a ghost, have a stakeout and see if you can catch the ghost doing it again.
