Practice self compassion and patience. Self compassion is the antidote to emotional sensitivity and the foundation of self esteem and confidence. Meet yourself where you are and be patient with yourself. Learning to be kind to yourself is an incremental process that takes time. Also, work toward a balanced life. Pay attention to your needs and life in a holistic way. Attend to all your needs (physically, mentally, socially, and spiritually) in a balanced, healthy way. This will reduce your stress and with it your sensitivity.
