What is the process to be saved? I have heard some Christians say that once you are baptized in Jesus's name, then you are saved.

As Paul said in the New Testament, "Believe in the Lord Jesus and you will be saved." Being "baptized into Jesus's name" is a symbolic way of saying that you are saved by believing in Him and what He did for you.
