If you want to use images from the Internet, you'll need to download them first. Search up what you want on Google Images (or similar) and find an image you want to use. Right-hand click it and select 'Save Image As...', then save it somewhere onto your computer. When you upload an image (Part 2 Step 2), browse to where you saved the image and open it.
