Colleagues are bullying me and then go to my boss and talk negatively of me. My boss does not tell me who said what but marked me down on my appraisal without giving me a chance to explain. He seems not to believe me. What can I do?

Ask him to personally review the comments to see if they are true or not. If he doesn't have the time then ask him to have someone whom he trusts that does not know you to assess you.
