Do you know why everybody at school dislikes you? Did something happen that calls for repairing and apologizing? If so, be sure to work on that with the students in school who are the most likely to forgive you. If you don’t know of anything done to require reparations, continue to make gentle attempts at building friendships. Also, focus on being your best self. Do the things you enjoy on your own or with family. Dress in clothes you enjoy. Style your hair in styles you like. Talk with teachers and adults in the building. Be your own best friend for a while. This can sometimes help counter negative feelings. Dive deep into your studies and make the most of your time inside the school building. Be kind to the lunch servers and custodians. Sometimes kindness is contagious. If it’s getting bad to the point of bullying or other students being cruel, let a teacher and your school counselor know right away. They may also be able to help. Whatever you do, don’t hold it in all alone.
