First and foremost, set yourself up to win. Try out something as simple as a 10 minute morning routine to start. In those 10 minutes, sit up in your bed, drink a glass of water, and write down three things you're grateful for. Once you do that for two weeks, try gradually increasing your routine to 20 minutes and adding something like meditation. Try to stick with it, as consistency is key to forming a new routine.
