Use a hair dryer. Heat one area at a time, then use a utility knife (box cutter) to gently remove the paint. Do NOT press too hard, or you will scratch the glass. You can also use a kitchen knife. Wipe with a soft dry cloth, then move on to the next stain. Don't forget to feel for any remaining bumps. If you detect any, remove them the same way.
