My rabbit escaped and got into some cactus plants. She has a needle in her lower back but won't let me catch her. What do I do?

She's probably very frightened and in pain, which triggers all her natural instincts to run away. Use a large bath towel and try and get close enough to throw it over her, then bundle her up in the towel. A friend would be helpful, as they could approach from the opposite direction with a second towel, so that regardless of which direction she bolts you have it covered.
