Those cameras are usually triggered when the light turns from yellow to red. If you are already in the intersection (past the legal stop line) when the light turns red, you should be fine. If a police officer is around, he might give you a warning, but you should not get a ticket. The safest thing to do is to get out of the intersection as soon as possible, regardless of what color the light is.
