It doesn't have to be. Crying is a natural human reaction, and doesn't have to be gendered. Obviously, don't cry all the time or whine and complain about everything, but crying whether you're in front of people or not just means you aren't an emotionless robot. If anything, cry and show your emotion so that you aren't seen as emotionless. Being emotionless isn't masculine, it just makes it a lot harder to reach out to people.
